Kristy Leos-Chen

Kristy started Dental Force in 2012, after noticing the absence of a dental staffing agency in the Greater Houston area that paid temporary employees properly as W-2 employees (not as independent contractors.) Prior to founding Dental Force, she worked in banking and corporate finance for several notable corporations. Kristy has taken her skills and corporate experience and applied them to the dental field, understanding the challenges in finding the right talent to support practice growth and success. She absolutely loves being a trusted partner for both dental offices seeking staffing solutions and dental professionals seeking their next opportunity.

Kristy is the proud wife of an entrepreneur and is a Soccer & Dance Mom to three girls. She holds her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, traveling, relaxing by the pool and discovering new restaurants.
